申请参展规则须知

1  作品主题:展览主题<平安>之作品内容,须以上帝及祂创造的一切为中心点,可从上帝的启示中发挥创意,作品需符合圣经价值观和上帝的属性。因上帝的无限,我们的创意也无界限。

2  居住地点:参展者居住地点不限,只要是重生得救的基督徒,已经受洗或已决志,有稳定教会生活的弟兄姐妹均可参加。

3  创作动机:参展作品必须是正面积极和内容美善的。谢绝鼓吹死亡、战争、血腥、暴力、恐怖惊吓、隐藏不良信息、反映各样怪癖、瘾症和沉溺、贪婪拜金、反美学、隐含或煽动制造政治和民族冲突、故意伤害他人、歧视或是污蔑毁谤其他宗教、种族或是性爱、同性恋相关内容的作品。

4  作品形式:作品形式不拘,欢迎任何材质和风格的绘画、雕塑、摄影、书法、 艺术装置、数字艺术等。

5  原创作品:作品必须是原创。参展者保证参展作品由本人创意和创作。如出现 涉及侵权而引起的诉讼或纠纷等情况,主办单位概不负责,且该参展人将被除名。

6  作品尺寸:每幅作品尺寸不超过102 x 102cm或40 x 40寸。

7  作品装裱:所有纸质作品必须经过装裱方可展出,画框不宜过重以方便悬挂,装裱费用由参展者自行安排。有框架画板和厚硬的画板可免装裱。

8  参展数量:免费申请参展数量不限。获选展出作品方需付费,入选参展作品每人只限6幅。

9  作品审核:准备好作品题目、尺寸、材料、创作意念,好让评审团了解作品的整体风格、内容和意念。 所有作品须经主办单位评选后方可展出,主办单位的评审团拥有最终审核权。

10  入选通知:入选公布日期为2025年9月11日。成功入选者将在2025年9月11日收到电邮通知书和准备展出的重要详情。

11  参展费用:获选展出1至3幅作品的收费为£30,获选展出4至6幅作品的收费为£60。

12  付款方式:参展费以银行转账方式收取,转账支付信息将在入选通知书中注明。付款截止日期为9月15日,必须付清款项后作品方能展出。

13  作品保险:参展者须自付作品来回运送的费用和一切相关的保险事宜,包括公共责任险等。

14  损坏或遗失: 作品运送过程中若有损坏或遗失,全部由参展者自己负责。

15  作品售卖:展览期间如有买家感兴趣购买作品,主办单位将安排买家与参展者联系,付款流程、包装和运送一律由参展者自行负责。

16  捐赠支持:成功售出的作品将在画展最后一天取下交给买家。参展者同意将成功售价作品的20%捐赠支持英国华人基督徒艺术家团契作为运营基金。

17  出售价格:欲出售参展作品的参展者,请在表格中提供出售价格。

18  周边产品:欲售卖周边产品的参展者,请在9月15日前电邮art4christUK@gmail.com主办单位咨询和安排。并同意将成功售价产品的20%捐赠支持英国华人基督徒艺术家团契运营。

19 作品宣传:参展规则参展者同意展会的参展规则,并同意主办单位在社交媒体上使用参展作品的照片进行非商业性宣传。

20 申请截止:参展申请截止日期为英国时间2025年9月1日晚上11点59分。

21 画册出版:每位成功参展者的一幅作品将被列入画册出版作为纪念,每本£25包挂邮费。
22 作品安排:主办单位拥有更改展览规则及参展作品安排的权力。

申请与预备展览

步骤1: 准备和提交作品

1  拍摄作品:正面拍摄光线充足的作品图,图片尺寸必须大和清晰(高清晰度的JPEG档)。图片以画家名字+题目为档案名字(你的名字xxx题目xxx)

2  画家简介:准备一份100字的画家简介,介绍姓名及出生或现居地,创作风格和使用的媒介,作品的灵感或主题,提及重要展览或成就,简洁清晰即可。

3 作品资料:准备齐全提交作品资料,包挂作品题目、尺寸、材料、创作意念,将帮助评审团更准确审核作品风格、内容和意念。

3  填表提交:先细读了解申请方法和规则,才开始填写网上申请表格。提交申请截止为英国时间2025年9月1日晚上11点59分。

4 等候评审:提交后,请等候评审团审核作品和入选通知。入选公布日期为2025年9月11日。

步骤2: 作品评审

1  入选通知:成功通过评审团审核入选申请者的作品(每人最多6幅),将在2025年9月11日收到入选电邮通知书和准备展出的重要详情。

2  转账注明:收到入选通知者,最迟在9月15日之前转账付款,转账时请注明: 画家名字。转账完成后请立即电邮art4christuk@gmail.com通知主办单位查收。

步骤3: 运送参展作品

1  外地作品:外地入选者在9月11日即可开始安排付款并快递寄出作品,以免耽误。作品必须于2025年10月13日前收到。

2  快递地址:Mr. David Dai, 24 Lavender Close, Bromley, Kent BR2 9TG, United Kingdom。记得拍摄作品邮包照片,方便日后追踪调查邮包用,同时把邮包照片电邮通知art4christuk@gmail.com主办单位安排签收。

3  损坏或遗失:邮递费用、追踪调查邮包、作品损坏或遗失等问题,由参展者自行承担,主办单位概不负责。

4  本地作品:本地作品请在2025年10月17日早上11点至下午4点之间把作品送达展览现场,迟到者自误。主办单位拥有安排所有作品展示布置的悬挂方式和位置的最终决定权。

步骤4: 领回作品

1  领回日期:请于10月25日周六下午5PM,画展闭幕当天领回或10月27日周一11AM - 2PM,向负责人签收领回参展和成功售出的作品。

2  其他安排:外地参展作品请电邮art4christuk@gmail.com联系Mr. David Dai另作安排。

Exhibition Application Rules

1. Artwork Theme: The content of the artwork for the exhibition theme "Peace" should focus on God and His creation, inspired by His revelation, and align with biblical values and God's character. Our creativity is limitless, just as God is infinite.

2. Residency: There is no restriction on the participant's place of residence. Any born-again Christian who is baptized or has made a commitment of faith, and has a stable church life, is welcome to participate.

3. Creative motivation: Submissions must be positive, uplifting, and wholesome. Works that promote death, war, gore, violence, horror, hidden inappropriate messages, odd or addictive behavior, greed, materialism, anti-aesthetic views, political or ethnic conflict, intentional harm, discrimination, or slander against other religions, races, or sexual orientation, including LGBTQ-related content, will not be accepted.

4. Medium: All forms of visual art are welcome, including paintings, sculptures, photography, calligraphy, installations, digital art, and more.

5. Originality: Works must be original. Participants must guarantee that the work is their own creation. The organizer is not responsible for any legal issues arising from copyright infringement, and the participant may be disqualified.

6. Artwork Size: Each artwork must not exceed 102 x 102 cm or 40 x 40 inches.

7. Framing: All paper-based works must be framed for exhibition. Frames should be lightweight for easy hanging. Framing costs are to be covered by the participant. Stretched canvases or thick rigid panels do not require additional framing.

8. Number of Submissions: There is no limit to the number of free initial submissions. However, each selected participant may exhibit up to six pieces. Selected works are subject to a participation fee.

9. Review Process: Participants should prepare the artwork’s title, dimensions, materials used, and creative concept, to help the jury understand the style and message. All works will be reviewed by the organizing committee, whose decision is final.

10. Notification of Selection: The selection announcement date is September 11, 2025. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and exhibition details by September 11, 2025.

11. Participation Fee: £30 for 1–3 selected artworks. £60 for 4–6 selected artworks

12. Payment Method: Fees must be paid via bank transfer. Payment details will be included in the selection notification. The payment deadline is September 15, and artworks will only be exhibited once full payment is received.

13. Artwork Insurance: Participants are responsible for all transportation and insurance costs, including public liability insurance.

14. Damage or Loss: The participant bears full responsibility for any damage or loss of artworks during transit.

15. Artwork Sales: If a buyer expresses interest during the exhibition, the organizer will connect them with the artist. Payment, packaging, and shipping are the artist’s responsibility.

16. Donation Support: For any artwork sold during the exhibition, 20% of the sale price will be donated to support the operational costs of the UK Chinese Christian Artists Fellowship.

17. Sale Price: Artists wishing to sell their work must indicate the sale price in the application form.

18. Merchandise: Artists wishing to sell merchandise must email art4christUK@gmail.com by September 15 for arrangements and agree to donate 20% of sales to support the UK Chinese Christian Artists Fellowship.

19. Promotion: By participating, artists agree to the exhibition rules and allow the organizer to use photos of their artwork for non-commercial promotion on social media.

20. Application Deadline: Applications close at 11:59 PM (UK time) on September 1, 2025.

21. Art Album: One piece from each successful applicant will be included in a commemorative printed album. Each copy costs £25, including shipping.

22. Exhibition Arrangement: The organizer reserves the right to modify exhibition rules and arrangements for the displayed artworks.

Application and Exhibition Preparation

Step 1: Preparing and Submitting Artwork

1. Photographing work: Prepare clear, well-lit front-facing photos of your artworks. Images must be large and high-quality (high-resolution JPEG format). Name each file using the format: ArtistName_Title (e.g., YourName_Title).

2. Artist Biography: Prepare a 100-word artist biography that includes the artist's name and place of birth or current residence, artistic style and medium used, inspiration or themes of the work, and mentions any notable exhibitions or achievements. Keep it concise and clear.

3. Artwork Details: Submit complete information for each artwork, including title, dimensions, materials, and creative concept. This will help the judging panel better understand the style, content, and intention of your work.

3. Application Form: Please carefully read and understand the application guidelines before filling out the online application form. The deadline for submission is 11:59 PM (UK time) on September 1, 2025.

4. Awaiting review: After submission, please wait for the jury to review the works and the selection notification. The selection announcement date is September 11, 2025.

Step 2: Artwork Selection

1. Selection Notice: Applicants whose artworks are successfully selected by the judging panel (up to 6 pieces per person) will receive an official acceptance email and important exhibition details by September 11, 2025.

2. Transfer reference: Selected participants must make the payment via bank transfer by September 15th at the latest. Please include the artist's name in the transfer reference. Once the transfer is complete, please email art4christuk@gmail.com immediately to notify the organizers of the payment.

Step 3: Delivering Artwork for Exhibition

1. Non-local artworks: Selected participants from outside the local area may begin arranging payment and shipping from September 11 to avoid delays. All artworks must arrive by October 13, 2025.

2. Shipping address: Mr. David Dai 24 Lavender Close Bromley, Kent BR2 9TG United Kingdom. Please take a photo of the packaged artwork for tracking purposes, and email the photo to art4christuk@gmail.com to inform the organizers and arrange for receipt confirmation.

3. Damage or loss: Shipping costs, tracking, and any risk of damage or loss are the sole responsibility of the participant. The organizer will not be held liable.

4. Local artworks: Local participants must deliver their artworks to the exhibition venue on October 17, 2025, between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted. The organizer reserves the final right to decide on the method and placement of artwork display.

Step 4: Collecting Your Artwork

1. Collection dates: Please collect your exhibited and successfully sold artworks on Saturday, October 25th at 5PM (the closing day of the exhibition), or on Monday, October 27th between 11AM - 2PM, by signing for them with the responsible person.

2. Other arrangements: For artworks submitted from outside the local area, please contact Mr. David Dai at art4christuk@gmail.com to make alternative arrangements.
