1. 参展作品的中心点是上帝和有关祂的一切。艺术家可以从上帝的启示和领受发挥创意。作品内容必须符合圣经的价值观，展现上帝多元化的属性，上帝是无限的，因此我们的想像空间也是无限的。
2. 参展者居住地点不限，只要是重生得救的基督徒，已经受洗或者已经决志，有稳定教会生活的弟兄姐妹都可参加。
3. 参展作品必须是正⾯积极和美善的内容。 谢绝⿎吹死亡、战争、⾎腥、暴⼒、恐怖惊吓、隐藏不良信息、反映各样怪癖、瘾症和沉溺、贪婪拜⾦、反美学、隐含或煽动制造政治和⺠族冲突、故意中伤他⼈、歧视，或是污蔑毁谤其他宗教、种族或是性爱、同性恋相关内容的作品。
4. 作品形式不拘，欢迎任何材质和风格的绘画、雕塑、摄影、书法、艺术装置、数字艺术等。
5. 作品必须是原创 (Original)，参展者保证参展作品由本人创意和创作，如出现涉及侵权而引起的诉讼或纠纷等情况主办单位概不负责，且该参展人将被除名。
6. 每幅作品尺寸不得超过102x102 cm或40x40 in。
7. 所有纸质作品必须经过装裱方可展出，画框不宜过重以方便悬挂，装裱费用由参展者自行处理安排。有框架画板和厚硬之画板可免装裱。
8. 参展者提交申请作品数量不限，获选入选参展作品每人最多6幅。
9. 所有作品须经主办单位评选之后才可展出，主办单位的评审团拥有最终的审核权。
10. 入选者名单将于9月17日晚上在www.art4christ.org/name网页发布。入选通知書和準備展出的重要詳情，將在9月18日電郵成功入选者。
11. 获选展出1至3幅作品收费为￡25，获选展出4至6幅作品为￡50。
12. 参展费以银行转账方式收取，转账支付信息将在入选作品通知书里注明。参展者须在10月6日前付完展费，作品方可展出。
13. 参展者须自付作品来回运送的费用和一切相关的保险事宜，包括公共责任险等。
14. 作品运送过程若有损坏或遗失，全部由参展者自己负责 。
15. 展览期间如有买家感兴趣购买作品，主办单位会安排买家与参展者联系，有关付款流程，包装运送一律由参展者自行负责。
16. 成功售出之作品在画展结束之后，方可取下交给买家。参展者同意将成功售价作品的20%捐给作为英国华人基督徒艺术家团契的运营基金。
17. 欲出售参展作品的参展者，请在表格里提供出售价格和相关信息。
18. 参展者可以自备售卖获入选作品制成的周边产品，参展者同意将售出产品的20%捐给英国华人基督徒艺术团契的运营基金。欲售卖周边产品者请预先在申请表格中填写资料。
19. 参展者同意展会的参展规则，并且同意主办单位在社交媒体上使参展作品的照片作非商业性宣传。
20. 申请参展截止为英国时间2023年9月10日2023年9月10日晚上11点59分。
21. 主办单位拥有更改有关展览规则及作品参展安排之权力。
申请和递交步骤：
步骤一：申请报名和递交作品
1. 提交申请作品数量不限，获选入选参展作品每人最多6幅。
2. 每幅作品尺寸不得超过102x102 cm或40x40寸。
3. 递交作品申請時，必須填写作品創作意念，让評審团了解作品的整體風格、內容和意念。
4. 参展者须把作品的图像⽚(高清晰度的JPEG档)，清楚标明作品题目为档案名字和一张清晰的个⼈生活照。
5. 填表步骤: (一) 在网上申请表格里，先下载细读了解参展方法和规则。(二) 将你准备好的所有参展作品高清照片清楚标明作品题目为档案名字和一张清晰的个⼈生活照一起电邮到 art4christuk@gmail.com 邮箱。 (三) 开始填写表格提交即可。
6. 如果你另外下载申请表直接填写的方式，那请拍摄填妥的表格和作品图一同电邮到art4christuk@gmail.com给我们。
7.申请参展截止为英国时间2023年9月10日晚上11点59分。
步骤二：作品评审
1. 参展者通過評審团审核后，获选参展的作品 (每人最多6幅)。入选者名单将于9月17日晚上在www.art4christ.org/name网页发布。入选通知書和準備展出的重要詳情，將在9月18日電郵成功入选者。
2. 凡接獲展出通知的入选者，请于10月6日前转账 (支付信息将在入选作品通知书里注明)，转账完毕请把银行收据电邮至art4christuk@gmail.com给主办单位做记录。
步骤三：作品运送
1. 请在2023年10月17日早上11am至下午4pm之间把作品送达展览场，迟者自误。主办单位拥有安排所有作品展示布置的悬挂方式和位置之最后决定权。
2. 外地参展作品请通过邮递方式于10月13日前快递至：Mr. David Dai 签收。地址：24 Lavender Close, Bromley, Kent BR2 9TG，United Kingdom。
3. 作品安排快递后，请即刻連同作品郵包照片，电邮art4christuk@gmail.com通知主办单位做记录。
4. 邮递费用，追踪调查邮包，作品有损坏或遗失等全部由参展者自理，主办单位概不负责。
步骤四：领回作品
1. 请于10月30日早上11am至下午4pm之间，向负责人签收领回参展和成功售出作品。
2. 外地参展作品，請聯絡主办单位另作安排，請電郵art4christuk@gmail.com安排細節。

1. The central focus of the exhibited works is God and everything about Him. The artist may be creative in terms of what God has revealed and received. The content of the work must be in line with biblical values and show the diversity of God's characteristics; God is infinite; therefore, our imagination is also infinite.
2. There is no residency limit for exhibitors, as long as they are born-again Christians, baptized or committed, and have a stable church life.
3. The created works must be positive and encouraging. Works that depict death, war, blood, violence, horror, and fright, conceal bad information, reflect various eccentricities, addictions and indulgences, greed and money worship, anti-aesthetics, imply or incite political and ethnic conflicts, deliberately slander others, discriminate, or slander other religions, races, or sexuality or homosexuality are not allowed.
4. All forms of artwork are welcome, including painting, sculpture, photography, calligraphy, art installations, digital art, etc. of any materials and styles.
5. The work must be original and the applicant ensures that the work is created by him/herself. The organizer will not be responsible for any lawsuits or disputes arising from the infringement or copyright violation and the applicant will be removed by the organizer.
6. The size of each work must not exceed 102x102 cm or 40x40 in.
7. All works on paper must be framed to be exhibited, and the cost of framing will be the responsibility of the applicant. Canvas and thick, solid panels are exempt from framing.
8. There is no limit to the number of works that can be submitted by applicants, and the maximum number of works selected for the exhibition is 6 pieces per applicant.
9. All works must be assessed and selected by the organizer before they can be exhibited, and the jury of the organizer's decision is the final decision.
10. The list of successfull participants will be published on the webpage www.art4christ.org/name on the evening of September 17th. Notifications of selection, along with crucial exhibition details, will be emailed to the successfully chosen participants on September 18th.
11. The exhibition fee is £25 for 1 to 3 selected works and £50 for 4 to 6 selected works.
12. The exhibition fee will be paid through bank transfer, and the payment information will be included in the selection notification letter. Participants must pay the exhibition fee in full before 6th October 2023 in order to exhibit their works.
13. The participant must pay for the transportation of the works and all related insurance matters, including public liability insurance, etc.
14. The participant will be responsible for any damage or loss of the work during delivery.
15. If there are buyers interested in purchasing the works during the exhibition, the organizer will arrange for the buyers to contact the participants, and the participants will be responsible for the payment process, packing, and delivery.
16. The works sold will not be taken down to the buyer till the end of the exhibition. Participants agree to donate 20% of the sale price to the operating fund of the Art for Christ Christian Fellowship.
17. If you wish to sell your work, please provide the selling price and relevant information in the application form.
18. Participants may sell their own peripheral products made from the selected works and participants agree to donate 20% of the sales to the operating fund of the Chinese Christian Artists Fellowship. Please fill in the information on the application form in advance if you wish to sell your products.
19. The participant agrees to accept the rules and regulations of the exhibition and agrees to allow the organizer to use the photos of the exhibited works for non-profit promotion on social media.
20. The deadline for application submission of entries is 12 midnight UK time on the 10th of September 2023.
21. The Organizer reserves the right to change the exhibition rules and the arrangements for exhibiting works.
Application and Submission Steps
Step 1: Application and submission
1. There is no limit to the number of applications submitted, with a maximum of six works per person selected for exhibition.
2. The size of each work must not exceed 102x102 cm or 40x40 in.
3. When applying, you must fill in the inspiration of the work so that the jury can understand the overall style, content, and concept of the work.
4. Applicants must submit and clearly labelled with the title of your work as the file name of the images (high-resolution JPEG files) and a sharp lifestyle photo of yourself.
5. Steps for completing the application form: (1) In the application form, first download and read carefully to understand the exhibition methods and rules. (2) Email all the high-resolution photos of your prepared works together with a sharp lifestyle photo of yourself to art4christuk@gmail.com (3) Start filling out the application form to complete submission.
6. The deadline for submission of application for the exhibition is 12 midnight UK time on 10th September 2023.
Step 2: Reviewing of Entries
1. After being reviewed by the panel of judges, participating artists will have their selected works for the exhibition (up to 6 pieces per person).
2. The list of successfull participants will be published on the webpage www.art4christ.org/name on the evening of September 17th. Notifications of selection, along with crucial exhibition details, will be emailed to the successfully chosen participants on September 18th.
3. For those whose works are selected for exhibition, please transfer the money (payment information will be indicated in the notification of selected works) before 6th October 2023, and email the bank receipt to art4christuk@gmail.com for the organizer's record after the transfer.
Step 3: Deliver artwork
1. Please deliver your works to the exhibition venue at 6 CRESTFIELD STREET, LONDON, WC1H 8AT (Near the small chapel’s entrance) between 11 am to 4 pm on the 17th of October 2023, or at your own risk if late.
The organizer has the final decision on the arrangement and positioning of all works on display.
2. All works from overseas please must receive before 13th October 2023 to: Mr. David Dai. Address: 24 Lavender Close, Bromley, Kent BR2 9TG, United Kingdom.
3. Please notify the organizer with photo of sent parcel by email at art4christuk@gmail.com as soon as you have arranged for your work to be shipped.
4. The organizer will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the works during shipping.
Step 4: Pick up the artwork
1. Please sign and collect your exhibited and sold works from the organizer between 11am to 4pm on 30th October 2023.
2. For overseas participants, please contact the organiser via email art4christuk@gmail.com to make further arrangements.
